Journal’s policy on intellectual property
JEAR is a peer-reviewed open access journal dedicated to intellectual property (IP) law and practice whose coverage includes: the full range of substantive IP topics; practice-related matters such as litigation, enforcement, drafting and transaction; relevant aspects of related subjects such as competition and other laws. All policies on intellectual property, including copyright and publishing licenses, are clearly described. Additionally, any costs associated with publishing have been made obvious to authors and readers. Policies on what constitutes plagiarism and redundant/overlapping publication have also been specified.
